Say #ThanksCoach and win prizes with RGM’s social media contest

Coaches Week is an opportunity to share with us what your coach does to inspire you to work hard everyday and never give up! RGM will have some fun prize draws (hoop tape! Gift cards!) at the end of coaches week for those who create #ThanksCoach social media posts and tag @rgmanitoba. You can also tag Gymnastics Canada @GymCan1 Sport Manitoba @sportmanitoba and the Coaching Association of Canada @coach.ca who are also recognizing outstanding coaches!

If you have a private Instagram, you can also email a photo or video for RGM to repost to rgm.ed@sportmanitoba.ca. The contest closes on Saturday, September 23.

Nominate a coach for the RGM annual coaching awards

In the spirit of the credo “Every athlete deserves qualified coach”, RGM has annual coaching awards to recognize those coaches who have made significant contributions to the rhythmic gymnastics community. One of these coaches is then chosen to receive the Zdravka Tchonkova coach of the year award. The Royals Apprentice Coach Award recognizes the efforts of beginner coaches across Manitoba who have made outstanding contributions to the development of athletes and sport in their community. The deadline for nominations is Friday September 22^nd!
