The objective of this RFP is to secure the services of a professional photographer that can perform the scope of work that will ultimately yield professional photographic materials for the Western Regional Championships in Winnipeg, Manitoba on the competition dates April 17-21, 2024.
The event photographer will have the opportunity to directly sell photo packages for athletes attending the competition. The competition dates are April 18-21, 2024. The ideal candidate will have experience with photographing sports such as rhythmic gymnastics, and have a strong understanding of body lines and proper timing.
Please include the following with your proposal:
- Photo package options and cost
- Photo package description
- Description of set-up at competition (e.g. kiosk or online)
- Link to social accounts or portfolio showing rhythmic gymnastics or similar sports
- Ability to provide the hosts with award ceremony photos or other media to promote event
