Not at all! Familiarize yourself with the different programs RGM offers and choose the program that best suits you or your child’s needs. For those with no prior experience, the Recreational Program is recommended.

You can buy rhythmic gymnastics gear from various stores across Canada or buy internationally from stores that ship to Canada, or ask your club to see if they are selling any second-hand apparatus. You can also check our Classifieds page to see if anyone is selling any apparatus!

Yes! We are proud to be hosting the 2026 Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Winnipeg.

Yes. All judges in Manitoba adhere to the rules set by Gymnastics Canada.

For the top, judges must wear a solid dark blue or black suit jacket or cardigan sweater with no patterns, with a non-revealing solid white shirt underneath. (A tie or scarf may be worn)
For the bottom, judges must wear either a solid dark blue or black dress pants, or a minimum knee length skirt.
For the shoes, judges must wear solid black, blue, or white classic shoes or sneakers. In the case of extreme weather, dress sandals may be worn.
