Five coaches, all based out of Sapphires RGC, attended a level 2 technical RG Coaching Course in Regina, Saskatchewan last weekend.

We are so lucky to have had 5 of our IRG and Interclub coaches attend the Level 2 Technical RG Coaching course this weekend in Regina! A HUGE thank you to RGM for helping us send our coaches as well as to GymSask and Wascana for opening their gym to us and running the course, and to Learning Facilitator Marta Kroupa! Our girls had a great weekend and we can’t wait for them to bring back the knowledge they’ve gained from this course!
