Congratulations to Carly Isaak who is the recipient of the Women to Watch grant. Carly is a coach for the Sapphires rhythmic gymnastics club, and has recently taken the NCCP level three coaching course in Montreal to develop her skills as a rhythmic gymnastics coach.

Free Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp!
Rhythmic Gymnastics Manitoba is offering a free camp for athletes competing at the provincial level. The Provincial Achievers camp runs on September 23rd for athletes in levels 1-3, and September 30th for athletes in levels 4-6. The camp will be a great opportunity to meet new friends and receive expert instruction.
Canadian Rhythmic Gymnastics Group make their Olympic Debut
The group, who is coached by Manitoban Zdravka Tchonkova, had a solid debut at the Olympics.
Rhythmic Gymnastics Board of Directors
Rhythmic Gymnastics Manitoba is pleased to announce the changes to the Board of Directors. The new President of RGM is Susan Yurkiw, who formerly filled the role of Vice President of Finance. Raymond Chu will be filling the role of Past-President. We are pleased to have the knowledge and expertise of Karen Trojan who will be filling the role of VP Finance. Monique Lashley will be joining RGM in the capacity of Elite Development Chair, and we are looking forward to her guidance and excitement for rhythmic gymnastics.
